Field Telephone Wire Clips

At WW2 reenacting events, I hook up at least a couple of German field telephones to my Abspannbock. To attached the telephone wires to the insulators on my Abspannleiste, I use metal clips which I fabricate from 0.050 inch galvanized steel wire. I cut 6 inches of wire and form coils on the ends with small pliers. The wire is passed through the coils and then the clip and wire fits in the groove on the insulator.
