WW2 German Field Telephone Equipment… Frankenswitchboard

This field switchboard is cobbled together from a variety of parts. The two bases are Untersatzen A from a Großer Feldklappenshrank. The remaining parts are six small, 10-line switchboards and a rotary dial amtszusatz assembled in a nicely made wooden shelving unit resting on the two Untersatzen. The cords of 10-line switchboards are not used, since each Untersatz A has 20 cords, a magneto, and handsets. The shelf unit also contains a betriebsbuhr.
